What makes walks with Salsa's Pet-care different?

What is included in each walk?

Every walk comprises the utilization of our own supplies (such as poop bags, treats, wipes) as well as your pup's walking gear (leash, collar, harness, etc.).


Is a prescreening or pre-booking questionnaire necessary? 

Absolutely. In order to maintain exceptional care standards, we kindly request that you complete our prescreening questionnaire (HERE). If we determine that we are a suitable match, we will proceed with scheduling a meet and greet.


What does a "meet and greet" involve? 

A meet and greet provides an opportunity for us to meet you, your home, and your pup(s) in order to assess compatibility. It also allows you to meet us and ensure that we are a good fit as well. During the meet and greet, we will meet you outside of your home, take a short walk together, and then return for a brief tour of any areas we may need to use for walks or drop-in services.


Do you accept all pups?

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate aggressive pets or those with severe leash reactions. Nonetheless, we welcome all sizes and breeds. To ascertain compatibility, we will perform an informal behavioral assessment during the meet and greet. This entails evaluating their general conduct, such as their response to touch, commands, possessions, food, dominance, etc.


How can I make a payment? Is there a specific time frame for payment? 

We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. Payment must be made before the commencement of any service.
